WhEN EMOTIONAL PAIN BECOMES PHYSICAL

HOW TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS, WHY IT HURTS, AND WHAT IT’S TRYING TO TELL YOU.

If we were to meet today, we’d likely greet each other with a simple “Hi, how are you?”

In a culture that encourages us toward distraction, the reply is often a hurried, “fine thanks, and you?”

It’s become habitual to tune out deeper thoughts and feelings and give a socially acceptable, surface-level answer… one that allows others to stay tuned out too.

But as a Healing Practitioner who’s helped thousands of people like you step into a pain-free life, I want to take a moment with that question, and dive a little deeper…

I want you to get radically honest about where it hurts, and what’s feeling sore today.

I want you to dig even deeper than that…

I want to know what’s been stressing you out, keeping you up late, or weighing you down.


The symptoms your body experiences are a wake-up call to something else in your life that’s not allowing the life force energy to flow within you.

When you are born, your life force energy knows exactly how to create your beautiful baby body, how to divide your cells, and how to create your organs, your brain and your nervous system.

That energy remains within you as you grow, responsible for the organization, maintenance and healing of your beautiful body. It teaches your body to repair your skinned knees as a child, a broken bone, or even recover from emotional pain.

When you feel calm, there is a healthy flow of life force energy flowing through your body.

But when our emotions aren’t expressed or released, they become stored in the spine and create spinal blockage in the flow…

That can show up as physical pain, emotional distress, or even invasive, unwanted thoughts.

You can literally feel like something is blocking you!

As we go through life, we learn to ignore our body’s messages or distract ourselves from physical and emotional discomfort. Often, people become so tuned out they don’t know how to recognise it.
They feel discomfort, and they want to get rid of it so they can go back to doing what they “think” they should be doing.

But the job of physical pain, or emotional pain, is to let you know that something is up…

So learning to be aware of your body’s cues and emotional states can help you heal.

This blog is my way of helping you understand the innate intelligence within your body and the messages it’s sending you because when your life force energy is flowing properly, it can resolve the discomfort.


When Belinda came to me, she was 64 years old and had spent 20 years trying everything to “fix” her chronic migraines and exhaustion.

She couldn’t remember the last time she felt alive… and she resigned herself to a life of pain and discomfort.

…. And all of Belinda’s symptoms were reflected in her posture.

Her mind was so busy worrying about the future that her head sat forward, and her ears and chin were stretched far beyond their natural alignment.

When she rotated her head, movement to one side was much easier than the other.

When the mind is so busy that the brain struggles to process all of the stress, it blocks the flow of energy at the Pause Gateway.
For most of her life, Belinda never received emotional support… She believed her vulnerability left her open to more pain.

We used the sacral flow technique to establish trust, and reconnect her brain with her body.

… And after just a week of healing, she began to sleep better and her migraines became less intense and less frequent!


You also have the ability to heal, release emotions that have spent decades stored as trapped stress, and cultivate a calm mind.

The potential to harness and direct your life force energy also exists inside of you, just like it did for Belinda.
