“At the moment I have been able to work again doing remedial massage and I have been adding a few minutes of Spinal Flow Technique to the end of my sessions. It seems every second person (if not every person) would be great to practice on as they seem to have something going on affecting their bodies.

Some of the issues I have come across lately have been scoliosis, kyphosis, digestive issues, blocked C1, pain in the back, uneven legs, crazy tight backs etc etc.

Given I have so little time to give some Spinal Flow technique, I set a big intention to create maximum effect in minimum time. And it seems to work! Mind you, they have also just received a deep tissue massage, but Spinal Flow seems to add another layer and they often walk out really quite ‘out there’.

The exciting thing I am noticing is that when I watch their backs for the flow, to see where it is, where it seems to be getting blocked etc, it’s like their back seems to sort of morph. I’m not sure how else to explain it, I am very focused on looking at the energy/movement.

I have only more recently been adding Spinal Flow at the end, thought I do not feel I am doing it complete justice – it’s like a little intro, or finale.”

One of my family has been suffering from back pain, sciatica, and more recently, bursitis for the last 25 years. Approximately 5 years ago things got so bad, they could hardly walk, couldn’t drive for more than 15 minutes, couldn’t sit down, was practically bedridden and experiencing depression. They would only sleep for an hour at a time, before being woken by the pain. On a pain scale of 1-10, they were always usually sitting at an 8.

They have been to so many specialists, pain management doctors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists and other health professionals with no positive results whatsoever. I found a second-hand massage table purchased a set of wedges, plucked up my courage and set to work. I did two sessions in quick succession, one in the morning and one later that night. The first gave some relief which lasted for over an hour. The second one was different – they got off the table and said they felt a little different. I got them to go for a little walk and concentrate on what they were feeling.

By half past 10, they were out for the count, flat on their back. Using the food processor, dogs barking and kids being kids did not disturb them – they slept until 5 in the morning.

When I asked them what they would rate their pain level at, it was a 2-3. They simply felt AWESOME.

The change has been miraculous! They are standing straighter, walking without sciatica grabbing or their back going into spasm. They are sleeping better, appetite has returned and they have energy to burn. They said whatever this ‘heeby geeby’ was, it was unbelievable and awesome. It has given relief and hope where all was lost.
