Finally Find Relief From Chronic Headaches

Discover The Crucial Missing Piece Of The Healing Puzzle

If you experience headaches, or tiredness that does not go away after a night’s rest, I want to show you how you can create more ease in your body and move towards wellness.

We ALL have the ability to tap into our body’s innate ability to heal, and learn to interpret the messages our body is sending us.

Keep reading, and you’ll discover how you can harness the innate intelligence within your body and move towards health and healing.

After decades of helping people return to a state of wellbeing with The Spinal Flow and The Sacral Flow Techniques ™, I saw that one of the most common symptoms people experience are headaches…

… But just because they are common, does not mean they are normal!

I also noticed that those with headaches have something in common: a spinal blockage at the  C1/C2 vertebrae, which in Spinal Flow and Sacral Flow Techniques™  is what I call the Pause Gateway.

A spinal blockage in the Pause Gateway is a common cause of headaches, but can also cause other symptoms like tiredness that don’t just go away after a good night’s sleep.

Since spinal blockages at the level of the Pause Gateway are so prevalent, I believe it’s a CRUCIAL missing piece of the greater puzzle of healing; and I also know it’s the reason why many people are living with headaches, low energy, and feel it’s a challenge to find relief and heal.

Like any kind of pain, headaches may be a message from your body that there is a spinal blockage preventing the energy and information from flowing freely.

Whether cluster headaches, migraines, or even tension headaches, the results we have using the Spinal Flow and Sacral Flow Techniques ™  to release blockages in the Pause Gateway and eliminate headaches are incredible!

Meet Mia…

Mia began her self-healing journey after spending two decades suffering from headaches and constant tiredness. She couldn’t remember the last time she felt truly alive and had resigned herself to a life of pain and discomfort.

As Mia assessed her posture using the Sacral Flow Technique ™, she was filled with a wide range of emotions because she could tell how long she had been living in pain, and she also realised that it was possible for her to heal and live a more fulfilled life.

From her posture, she noticed she was carrying layers of stress in her body– her head sat forward with her ears and chin far beyond their natural position in alignment with her spine. She observed that her mind was so busy thinking it looked as if her head was stretching out into the future instead of being in the present, and one of her ears was sitting higher than the other.

Following the self-assessment instructions, she rotated her head from side to side… and sure enough, one side had more movement than the other.

She recognised that her Pause Gateway was blocked.

The Pause Gateway corresponds to the anatomical area at the top of the spine (C1 and C2 vertebra), where the brain meets the body. When clear, messages can flow freely delivering information from the brain through the spinal cord to the body and vice versa.

But when there is a spinal blockage in the Pause Gateway, it’s as if there is a kink in a hose. The water (aka the messages from your brain to your body) can no longer flow freely.

… And it gets bottlenecked in your Pause Gateway, the metaphorical junction between the tap and the hose.

So instead of the flow of information being at 100%, if there is a spinal blockage, the messages and information from your brain to your body may only be flowing at 75% or 50%!

With the Sacral Flow Technique ™, Mia was able to release her spinal blockages and restore the flow through her Pause Gateway, allowing all of the messages to travel from her brain to her body again.

… By the end of a week of self-healing with the Sacral Flow Technique ™, she was sleeping better, had more energy, and her headaches eased!

If you resonate with Mia’s story, or if you experience headaches, try this self-assessment to see if you have a blockage in your Pause Gateway:

Gently turn your head and neck to one side and then to the other and observe–

Do you have a full movement to both sides?

Did you notice one side has more movement than the other or there is pain or stiffness when moving your neck?

Next, take a look at your posture. Stand or sit, and observe the position of your head.  If your head is forward, that is the classic posture of a blocked Pause Gateway. When you look at your posture, notice how far forward your head is positioned away from your body…

It’s possible to get a sense of how long you’ve been experiencing a blockage in the Pause Gateway by noticing how forward your head is.

Just like Mia, once you release your spinal blockages in the Pause Gateway, the body’s natural healing ability is able to do what it needs to do, and that means you can experience more ease.

Moving towards wellness means working with your body to reduce spinal blockages that can cause interference in the communication between your brain, your nervous system, and your body.

Our Bodies Seek To Protect Us– Even At Our Own Expense!

The body is absolutely incredible— it has the ability to adapt to whatever is going on around us.

Our nervous system is more than just a physical part of our body. It’s a conduit of consciousness and awareness.

Without it, we wouldn’t be able to feel, respond, react, or express emotions.

Our spine and our posture– the way we are held by our spine– directly impact the way we experience the world.
